Need a photo editor? Try Paint.Net There are lots of photo editing progams on the market. Even the basic Paint program built into Windows can perform the basics for you. Other choices are Adobe’s Photoshop (expensive) or Photoshop Elements (much cheaper). But my favorite free one that I use regularly is Paint.Net, which looks and acts a lot like Photoshop. To quote the official web site, “Paint.NET is free image and photo editing software for computers that run Windows. It features an intuitive and innovative user interface with support for layers, unlimited undo, special effects, and a wide variety of useful and powerful tools.
